A 24/7 porterage and concierge service is offered onsite, providing security monitoring of all secure entrances to the complex, as well as co-ordination of all daily services and receiving of courier and recorded post items for residents.
The porters are based in the Porter's Lodge, situated at the front of the building.
Porters' Responsibilities
- General site security via CCTV and the entryphone system
- Enquiries from residents and visitors
- Accepting deliveries, parcels and recorded mail on behalf of residents
- Visitors car parking reservations
- Supervision of estate contractors
- Acting as an onsite point of contact for residents and contractors
- Emergency assistance
