Freehold Company

A number of leaseholders participated in the formation of a separate limited company to buy the freehold of King & Queen Wharf, which was completed in February 2010. Participants will be issued with share certificates and leases updated accordingly.

 

The freehold company is now closed to further participation although this may be reviewed again at a future date.

 

A Board of Directors meets regularly and it is anticipated that a Particpants Meeting will be held annually, possibly to follow after the AGM of the Residents' Company.
