A collection dry cleaning service is available for residents via the Porters Lodge .

Communal areas, both internal and external, are cleaned by a professional company once per week.

All floors of King and Queen Wharf have a designated room for household waste, which is emptied daily, removing the need for residents to take their waste to the large bin room.

Residents should move larger items into the binstores personally. Please be advised that it is the responsibility of the resident to have contacted Southwark Environmental Services beforehand to prearrange collection of these items by the council.

We encourage and support residents to make all reasonable efforts to recycle by providing a full set of large recycling bins in the basement area by the bin lockers.
