A high level of security is one of the benefits of living at KnQW and we endeavour to maintain this for residents through a variety of means.

A porter remains on site at all times and conducts security walks, as well as monitoring the CCTV system, which is strategically placed around the block.

Additional systems are in place to facilitate secure entry into and movement around the block for residents, as well as authorised visitors.

Communal entrances on the site are serviced by videophone, allowing residents to accept guests without the need to leave their apartment. This is also linked to the 24hr porter.

As an additional measure of security, Residents are requested to support each other to discourage tailgating by strangers when entering the podium and car park.

We would also caution against remotely opening the door to your block for someone whom you don't know and are not expecting.
