Residents Company
King and Queen Wharf Residents Company Ltd was formed in 1988. It is a non-profit making registered organisation, responsible for all building maintenance, service charge and accounts attributed to common areas or services.
The managing agent is appointed to co-ordinate the day-to-day running of the internal and external common parts and the structure of the building.
The Residents Company is jointly owned by the owners of the flats in King and Queen Wharf as equal shareholders.
Every year the shareholders elect a company board. This is made up of a maximum of 8 unpaid directors. The current board is as follows :
