Running a development like King & Queen Wharf is a group effort; below are some of the key teams involved:
Concierge Team
Based in the office next to the car park entrance, the porters are the first point of call for enquiries about day-to-day affairs including maintenance of common areas, as well as providing services such as looking after parcels and directing take-away drivers.
Boards of Directors
Both the Residents’ Company and the Freehold Company, which oversee the running of the development on behalf of the Lessees, have a Board of Directors who meet quarterly to discuss and decide on areas including long-term maintenance and upgrade projects, as well as keep an eye on finances and legal matters. They also host the AGM towards the end of each year where Lessees can interact directly with them.
Managing agents
Appointed by the Freehold Company to manage the property, Rendall & Rittner (amongst other things) take care of the service charge and ground rent accounts (which can be done via their online portal) as well as coordinating building works and handling any paperwork related to Leasehold transactions.
